FRENCH, BAND, TEST?

A couple things i learnt last night:
1. "Chaud" means HOT in French
2. Sparkling wine cocktails are overrated
3. Le cute wedge heel peep-toe shoes hurt feet like a mofo and are not meant for standing around listening to live bands perform for hours! : /
4. None of the above 3 mean anything when you're there : )
Me n the guy had a awesome time last night. we went to a French cafe n wine bar called Chaud. We lounged around there for a while, being all romantic and laughing our asses off. Even our waitress was like, "now what else can i get u, u lovely lovebirds?"
normally i would find this behaviour sickening, but there u have it, love makes everything rosy-La Vie en Rose.
then i dragged him to see some live bands performing,which is my kinda thing. my feet hurt like a bitch in those shoes i wore but whatever.
Thing is this guy i used to have a crush on invited me to the band thing. lol and he's mega cute-hot even if u will, he's a drummer n a chef. i haven't seen him in a hile cuz he just got back from Rhode Island catching up on his music. he wants to chill.....that might not be such a good idea.....he's leaving in an hour to go to St. Croix for a 2 week contract, cooking of course!
All these figures form my past keep making an appearance lately, and it seems to be only when i'm with my guy!
