i'm getting the bloody cold!
last night when I came back from hanging with Sheena and her husband i started to get a sore throat and by midnight my nose was pretty stuffed up.
right now i have a runny nose and feel a bit congested and the back of my throat is tickling.
sigh
i'm going to the beach though, maybe the saltwater will help.
